Our Ferring Country Centre café – Rangers Café – is a bright and welcoming space set in our beautiful surroundings.

It’s fully wheelchair accessible and provides a cheerful, friendly atmosphere for everyone. Indulge in a hearty breakfast or catch up with a friend over lunch or a barista coffee and a slice of cake – freshly baked on site by the amazing people who attend our day services! We also offer gluten-free, dairy-free options – just ask.

No booking required – except for our delightful afternoon tea.

The £2 per person deposit will be deducted from your bill. Tables will only be held for 20 mins, so please let us know if you’re going to be late. Deposits are non refundable for no shows or cancellations. If you wish to transfer your reservation, we require 48 hours, please call 01903 245078.

Our mission

Rangers Café is more than just a place to eat – it’s a place where your visit makes a difference. When you make an order from our menus, you’re helping to support our mission of providing life-enhancing experiences for people with learning disabilities. Many of the cakes are baked fresh by the people who attend our day service provision, and some of the produce used in our dishes is grown by them in our own allotment, adding a unique and meaningful touch to your meal.

Breakfast menu (served until 11.30 am)

Start your day with our delicious breakfast options. Choose from a full English breakfast, smashed avocado on toast, a classic bacon sandwich, or American style pancakes, toasted tea cake, and much more. We also offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives, ensuring there’s something for every taste.

Lunch menu (served from 12pm to 3pm)

Our lunch menu offers a variety of satisfying dishes, including fresh sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salad bowls, burgers, cheesy chips, pasta and more. Each dish is made with locally sourced ingredients, many grown right here at Ferring Country Centre.

Children & senior menu

Whether you’re dining with little ones or looking for a lighter meal, our Junior & Senior Menu has something for everyone. From tasty children’s favourites to smaller portions and classic dishes for older diners, every meal is freshly prepared using quality ingredients.

Drinks menu

Whether you’re stopping by for your morning coffee, meeting friends for a catch-up, or treating yourself to something refreshing, our drinks menu has something for every occasion. From expertly brewed coffee and speciality teas to refreshing coolers, milkshakes and alcoholic beverages, there’s a drink to suit every taste.

AFTERNOON TEA

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 5th AUGUST 2026 at 11.15 am I regret to inform you that our recent visit to Ferring County Centre for a bacon sandwich and coffee was unsatisfactory. The gluten-free bread, which appeared to have been microwaved, was dry and inedible, rendering the expenditure a waste. Furthermore, the bacon in both sandwiches was excessively fatty, making it unpalatable a furtherwaste of money. Consequently, both sandwiches left an unpleasant, greasy aftertaste, both sandwiches left. So £17.00 for a cup of tea and latte plus two bacon sandwiches a total waste.
