Our mission

We provide people with learning disabilities who attend our day service with activities that offer meaningful experiences – from watering and potting to displaying the plants you see on our shelves. They also spend time on our allotment, growing seasonal vegetables and cultivating our wildflower garden. Each purchase you make supports this valuable work, giving those who attend the chance to develop skills and confidence in a caring environment.

Variety of plants

Our garden centre offers a selection for all seasons, including shrubs, perennials, herbs, and climbers, all grown without using pesticides. In spring and summer, our hanging baskets and flower pouches are especially popular. We also provide a bespoke refill service – bring in your own pots and baskets, and we’ll fill them with beautiful, vibrant plants. Best of all, every penny spent goes back into supporting our charitable mission.

Houseplants & houseplant repotting

Are your houseplants outgrowing their pots? Let us repot them, saving you the hassle – and the mess! Our repotting service uses a blended soil mix to provide the ideal growing environment. Whether you need a new pot or have a decorative container ready, we’ve got you covered. Our service is available from April to September, the best time for repotting to ensure quick establishment. Just bring your pest-free plants and we’ll take care of the rest. Don’t forget – we also sell a wide range of houseplants.

Compost and mulch

We sell a range of retail compost products, including well-rotted stable manure from our horses. Whether you’re looking to boost your soil’s fertility or create the perfect growing environment for roses, vegetables, and shrubs, our compost range has something for everyone. From multi-purpose composts to wood chippings and ornamental bark, we provide everything you need to keep your garden thriving, which can all be purchased from our online garden centre shop.

Delivery service

We offer local delivery on all orders over £30 to postcodes BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14, and BN16. If you’re in BN15 or BN17, we deliver for a small surcharge of £5. Whether you need compost, plants, or anything else, we’ll bring it to your door—just place your order and we’ll do the rest.

Our garden centre in West Sussex is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and Sunday and Bank Holidays from 10am to 4pm.
