LOOKING FOR SOME FUN THIS MAY HALF TERM?
From Saturday 23rd May to Sunday 31st May, join us for a fun-filled visit to Ferring Country Centre!
As well as meeting our friendly farm animals, you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, lunch or snack in Rangers Café, with plenty of space for little ones to play.
Throughout the half term, we’ll be hosting a range of special activities for the whole family to enjoy. Come along, explore the farm, and make the most of the spring sunshine and fresh country air!
-
Woolly Wander Trail (Daily) – Our sheep have been freshly shorn… but oh no—they’ve lost their wool! Help us find it around the farm and return it to our “naked” sheep at reception to earn a sheep sticker.
We’ve also got one cheeky sheep who managed to keep all of her wool! Help us spot her hiding around the farm and let our Visitor Centre team know where she is to win a prize. - Pony Rides – Sunday 24th & Sunday 31st May - Enjoy a gentle pony ride and meet our lovely ponies up close. On the 31st, you can also book a pony grooming and interaction session.
- Sheep Shearing – Tuesday 26th May - Come and see our sheep being sheared and learn more about how wool is collected and used.
- Storytime – 11AM Wednesday 27th May - Join us for a fun and engaging story session, perfect for younger visitors.
- Caring for our Wildlife – 10:30 -12:30 Thursday 28th May - Take part in a Wildlife Workshop with the team from Wadars Animal Rescue Charity.
