Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Sunday and Bank Holidays 10:00am - 4:00pm
A 1 to 1 with our charming alpacas, either by yourself or with a friend
Available Monday to Friday,11:30am, this hands‑on experience lasts approximately one hour and is suitable for ages 12+.
You’ll help our keepers prepare feeds and hay nets, clean the enclosure, and feed our alpacas their favourite treats and browse, while learning fascinating facts about each of our alpacas.
Animal welfare is always our top priority, and sessions may be adapted or ended early if the alpacas need a break.
All participants must wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear, as the experience takes place outdoors in all weathers.
The experience concludes with a certificate and an alpaca fact sheet to take home.
Prices are £32 for one person or £59 for two people and include farm entry.
Spectators are welcome but must pay standard farm entry (£8.50) and remain outside the enclosure.
Carers accompanying guests with SEND may attend free of charge.
