Ready for use, excellent for adding fertility to the soil – apply a 2in layer, either dig in or leave as a mulch.
Ideal material to incorporate in the soil when planting a new tree or shrub – especially good for roses and herbaceous plants.
Great for hungry vegetable plots – use in bean trenches, and recommended for courgettes, melons, cucumbers and tomato beds.
