Flexible Summer Membership

Make the most of the summer holidays with unlimited visits to Dales Farm & Outdoor Play Area throughout the summer holidays!

Whether you’re planning one visit or ten, our Flexible Membership offers fantastic value for families looking to enjoy everything Dales Farm has to offer throughout the summer.

Membership Prices

• Family of 2 (must include 1 adult) – £55
• Family of 4 (must include at least 1 adult) – £75
• Family of 5 (must include at least 1 adult) – £90

Your membership is valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Before Your First Visit

Your Flexible Membership card must be collected from the Gift Shop before your first visit using the membership.

Please bring:

• Your order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device).
• Valid photo ID for the Lead Adult named on the membership.

Your membership card will be issued once these have been checked.

Membership Benefits

• Unlimited entry to Dales Farm & Outdoor Play Area throughout your 6-week membership.
• If you’ve already purchased a Dales Farm entry ticket and decide you’d like a Flexible Membership, we’ll deduct the cost of your admission from your membership price, provided you upgrade within 48 hours of your visit. Please bring your receipt or online booking confirmation.
• At the end of your 6-week membership, you can upgrade to an Annual Membership, and we’ll deduct the full cost of your Flexible Membership from the Annual Membership price.

Important Information

• Every Flexible Membership must include one Lead Adult.
• The Lead Adult must present the membership card and valid photo ID on every visit.
• If the Lead Adult is not present or cannot provide valid photo ID, day admission will need to be purchased for the entire group.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Lead Adult.
• Lost membership cards can be replaced in the Gift Shop for £1.
• Please remember to bring your photo ID every time you visit.

Additional Activities

The following activities are not included with your Flexible Membership and must be paid for separately:

• Animal Experiences
• Animal Feeding Activities
• Pony Rides
• Pony Grooming
• Keeper for the Day Experiences
• Any other separately ticketed events or activities

Terms & Conditions

• Membership is valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Membership cards must be collected from the Gift Shop before first use.
• Membership cards remain the property of Ferring Country Centre and must be presented on every visit.
• Flexible Memberships cannot be shared, transferred or exchanged.
• A valid photo ID must accompany the membership card on every visit.
• Flexible Memberships are subject to Dales Farm’s normal opening days and hours.
• Ferring Country Centre reserves the right to amend opening times, activities and admission arrangements where necessary.
• Flexible Memberships have no cash value and are non-refundable.
