Pony Rides

I understand that as the parent/guardian of the child I am booking on behalf of, wish him/her to ride/ groom/ interact with the horses at Ferring Country Centre. I recognise that horse activites are not without risk and voluntarily accept the risks involved. I further understand the need for the participant to follow all instructions given. (In the absence of any negligence on the part of Ferring Country Centre) I accept that no liability will be attached to Ferring Country Centre or their staff. I agree/disagree that photographs and/or video material taken during activities may be used for training or publicity, including being placed on the website of Ferring Country Centre. I understand that no child under the age of 4 may partake in Pony Activities.
