Salita joined the team in 2016 and has become an integral part of our organisation.

As our Premises Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, maintenance, and smooth day‑to‑day operation of the entire Ferring Country Centre site. Her responsibilities include overseeing the upkeep of the grounds and buildings, coordinating essential maintenance tasks, and liaising with contractors to ensure that repairs and improvements are carried out to a high standard. 

Outside of work, Salita enjoys spending time at the gym, discovering new restaurants, and never misses an opportunity for a good boogie!
